The fourth-floor balcony efficiency was convenient, offering everything needed for meals. It was clean, and housekeeping was prompt when I asked for service. The bed was adequately comfortable but the room had a heavy smoke smell, despite being advertised as non-smoking. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool. the balcony door was stuck, letting in odors from nearby smokers. While the view was beautiful, the room itself felt worn, with peeling paint and old furniture. Noise levels were moderate, though the tight door locks were quite loud. Staff were friendly, especially Sammie at the front desk.

Loved my 2 nights stay. There was an outdoor bar.
The bed was awful, that's sad thing.

The location is stellar, right on the beach. the accommodations leave much to be desired. I had to change rooms after a day due to a lack of ocean view. The shower was a mess; scalding water and a filthy head. The staff’s attitude varied greatly—some were helpful, yet others were downright rude, which set a tone of frustration. Housekeeping was inconsistent; no daily coffee or proper supplies. More elevators were out than operational, making logistics a nightmare. While I enjoyed some aspects, such as the arcade and the view from the Premier window, the facility feels neglected. Serious improvements are necessary to meet even basic standards.

The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are breathtaking, the location is beautiful and magnificent next to ocean front and the restaurant. The building is very large, the room is tastefully decorated and well priced. Outdoor bathroom is fairly clean.

ocean view which is magnificent - The free parking - The proximity to the center and activities to do.
The work should be finished for the season. No dining room or breakfast. Just vending machines that only take

Location is key but needs improvement
The location of Sun N Sand Resort is its standout feature, offering easy access to the beach. the property falls short with small, cramped rooms, unreliable wifi, and maintenance issues like peeling paint and locked doors. Communication from staff was lacking, making for a frustrating experience.

Location is fantastic, right on the beach with stunning views from the balcony. The staff, especially Kyanna, were a bright spot—friendly and accommodating. the cleanliness left much to be desired; the room had a musty smell, and two lights were out. There were quirks, like a shower with no shelf for soap and a cracked window letting in the wind. The parking was a hassle, and the restaurant was closed without notice. It had potential, but those details really made a difference. Not sure I’d rush back, but some aspects were genuinely enjoyable.

Great location for visiting Myrtle Beach, its right by hill from past stays, the beach, the airport. The Market Common district deserves to be explored. Plenty of food at continental breakfast.

During my recent 4-night stay in a Premier Ocean View room, I appreciated the friendly and responsive staff, particularly Jackie, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The clean rooms and stunning balcony views added to the experience, making it enjoyable for my family. there were a few drawbacks, including a persistent odor in the hall and parking fees that felt excessive given the hotel's ownership of the lot. While this destination is great for families seeking beach access and friendly service, addressing maintenance issues and enhancing guest amenities would greatly elevate the overall experience.
